Estimate requests
When you request an estimate, Lawn Society receives the contact information, property address, description, and files you choose to submit. We use that information to review the requested work, contact you, prepare an estimate, schedule service, and maintain the resulting customer or job record.
Photos and videos
Files submitted with an estimate request are stored privately and are available to authorized Lawn Society staff for quoting and job preparation. They are not automatically published on the public website.
Calls, texts, and phone verification
If you call or text a Lawn Society business number, we may store the message content, call status, and a speech transcript created during an automated phone interaction so our team can respond and keep a service record. The automated phone assistant identifies itself at the start of a call. Phone-number verification for the client portal uses a one-time code sent by our communications provider.
AI-assisted service
Lawn Society may use an AI service to interpret job notes, summarize customer messages, and draft replies. When this feature is enabled, limited text needed for that task is sent to the AI provider. The app is designed not to send customer balances, payment history, saved prices, labor rates, or property addresses to the estimating AI. AI does not approve payments, change schedules, or make binding changes to customer records.
Client portal
Existing customers can open a secure client portal by verifying the primary phone number on their Lawn Society customer record. The portal can show account balance and statement information, upcoming work, properties, services, projects, recent communications, and a service-request form. Lawn Society does not create a reusable customer password or expose employee, payroll, route, owner, or company-wide financial information through the portal.
Service providers
We use service providers to run parts of the website and business system, including hosting, database/file storage, phone and text delivery, phone verification, and—when enabled—AI text processing. Those providers receive only the information needed to provide the applicable service.
Site analytics
This website may use Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. This does not change the customer-service uses described above.
